"National Women & Girls in Sports Day means a great deal to me as it gives many women, including myself, an outlet and an opportunity to be surrounded by successful and supportive women in an environment that is inclusive to all. Playing in a collegiate women's wheelchair basketball team is a dream come true, but getting to be coached by two female Paralympians tops it off and really showcases the capability of not just women, but women in sport." Teisha Shadwell, Freshman, Wheelchair Basketball.
