Join the fastest adaptive athletes in the nation to set your own personal record, or just participate in the fun of this unique event! Race options include an all virtual option, in-person elite wheelchair 5k, in-person 5k run to support Adaptive Athletics, and an in-person timed 1 mile fun run.

Race Location & Results
All races start on the UA Mall at Campbell Ave. & 3rd Street (under starting gate). Results will be posted on this site.
Parking & Maps
Free parking is available in surface lots and garages on race day. Course maps will be posted to this site.
Run n' Roll 5k route
Turn by turn directions of the 5k race:
1. Starting line is located on the South Side of E. University Blvd (UArizona Mall) just outside of McKale Champions Hall.
2. Route starts west and goes around Old Main, heads East on the North side of E. University Blvd (UArizona Mall).
3. Follow E. University Blvd east to Campbell and turn right on Campbell heading south.
4. Make a Right turn (off Campbell) onto E. Enke Drive heading West.
5. Make a Right turn North on Cherry Ave.
6. Make a Left turn on E. 4th Street heading west.
7. Make Left on Highland and immediate right (to remain on E. 4th street).
8. Take East 4th street all the way to Park Ave.
9. Make a right turn on Park and an immediate Right onto South Campus Drive.
10. Follow South Campus Drive East (it will lead North to the south side of Old Main).
11. At Old Main, turn Right onto E. University BLVD (South Side of the UArizona Mall).
12. Follow East to Campbell. Follow signs and make hard Left turn to get to the North Side of E. University Blvd (North Side of the Mall) run west to finish line.

Strollers and Dogs
Strollers are allowed in the race but must remain at back of the running pack. Dogs are not allowed in the race but are welcome to watch from the sidelines (Exception for Service Dogs).
